Ford Mustang Mach-e

In 2021, the Mustang Mach-E was introduced to the UK roads,setting itself apart from the traditional Mustang range, the Mach-E is Ford's first all-electric family SUV. In late 2023, the Mustang Mach-E underwent substantial improvements, including an updated rear motor, enhanced DC charging capabilities, and the introduction of a revamped GT model for 2024.
In terms of dimensions, the smart design creates an illusion of compactness, but it sits between a Jaguar I-PACE and a Mercedes EQC. With a 402-liter boot expandable to 1,420 liters when the seats are folded, the vehicle also features an 81-liter storage area under the bonnet.
The range varies across models. The base Select RWD version offers a 292-mile WLTP range on a single charge. The Premium RWD and Premium AWD models provide ranges of 372 miles and 341 miles WLTP, respectively. The GT edition delivers a 310-mile WLTP range on one charge.
Across all variants, the Mustang Mach-E supports charging speeds up to 150kW, allowing for a 10-80% charge in 33 to 45 minutes, depending on the model.

Lotus Eletre

BMW iX

BMW iX is an all-electric luxury SUV available in various models, including the xDrive40, xDrive50, and the high-performance M60. The xDrive50 boasts a range of up to 382 miles, while the M60 offers up to 348 miles on a full charge.
The iX xDrive50 can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 4.6 seconds, and the M60 model features a maximum of 610 hp, achieving 0-60 mph in 3.6 seconds.
Luxury defines the interior, with soft-touch materials, a cutting-edge dashboard, and advanced technologies such as 5G connectivity and cloud services. Comfort features include massage seats and a panoramic glass sunroof.

The ZS comes in two versions: the SE and the Trophy, both available in standard or long range. The standard range ZS comes with a 51kWh battery, offering 198 miles (WLTP), while the extended range version has a 73kWh battery, allowing for 273 miles on a single charge (WLTP).

BYD Atto 3

Sitting between BYDs range topping Seal, and smaller Dolphin this C-segment SUV represents BYD's dedication to electric vehicle innovation, blending design, intelligent technology, and efficiency, along with a comprehensive range of safety features.
Available in Comfort or Design specifications, this compact family EV Crossover comes equipped with a 60kWh battery that delivers up to 261 miles (WLTP). Its fast-charging feature allows for a 10-80% charge in just 44 minutes with a 150kW charger. The vehicle also includes advanced regenerative braking technology to enhance efficiency and increase the driving range.
Peugeot e-3008

The Peugeot 3008, a highly desired compact SUV, is celebrated for its design, practical features, and pleasurable driving experience. In a move to innovate, Peugeot introduced the E-3008 in 2023, transforming the original 3008 model.
The E-3008 offers an all-electric variant with a range of up to 326 miles for the standard model and up to 422 miles for the long-range version.

Omoda E5

Omoda, a subsidiary of Chery, one of China's leading automotive brands, achieved a global sales milestone of nearly 1.9 million cars last year. With a strong emphasis on electric vehicle technology, Omoda has made significant progress in the electric vehicle sector. In early 2024, the company expanded its presence, entering the UK market and introduced the Omoda 5 and Omoda E5 models.
The Omoda E5 is a compact-to-midsize electric crossover that competes with models like the MG ZS and BYD Atto 3. It is available in two trims: Comfort and Noble. The Omoda E5 features a 61kWh battery, offering a WLTP range of 267 miles. Although its rapid charging speed is slower compared to competitors, with a maximum charging rate of 80kWh, it takes 40 minutes for a 10-80% charge.
Despite the slower charging speed, the Omoda E5 stands out with its advanced features and competitive pricing. The Comfort trim includes a range of standard features, while the Noble trim enhances the experience with a panoramic sunroof and a premium audio system.
Range Rover EV - Coming Soon
The upcoming year is set to introduce a host of new models, notably Jaguar Land Rover's first electric venture since the Jaguar I-Pace, the Range Rover Electric.
While details are still scarce, prototypes have been seen, and JLR has unveiled teaser images suggesting the vehicle's design. It's expected that the electric Range Rover will possess a substantial battery to provide significant range for this sizable vehicle, and it will likely boast dual motors approaching 500bhp, ensuring its capability for off-road conditions. It is confirmed that it will utilise an 800V architecture and include ultra-rapid charging capabilities.
